Stories
I found Sarah's collage workshops so creative, fun and
addicting! It's one of the very few things I do just for
the sheer joy of it! And I love sharing this activity with
my 15-year old daughter...we enjoy being a part of each
other's creative process.

Soul Collage is a powerful and insightful method of cultivating
awareness of one's inner process and working with issues
in a non linear, non threatening, and creative way. I use
soul collage in my psychotherapy practice to assist in revealing
and exploring clients' feelings and experiences while allowing
information from the client's inner wisdom to arise and
move through a process of integration and healing. Personally
I have used Soul Collage , as well, with deeply rich and
meaningful results leading to self insight and knowledge
not generally available through cognitive and verbal means.
Sarah Ferber's gentle guidance and respectful and knowledgeable
presence make working with Soul Collage a delectable treat.

Within minutes of knowing Sarah, you will implicitly trust
her. She lacks the inflated ego of many artists, while retaining
the creative innovation and vision, which she offers as
a gift to her clients.
As a person.....
Sarah recognizes her primary calling to relationships. She
nurtures them, participates in them, energizes them, manages
them, and draws the meaning of her life and art from them.
As an artist....
Sarah allows the vitality of relationships to inform her
work. Each piece has a strong presence emanating from the
person who inspired it, commissioned it, or was gifted with
it. The evocative, mixed media materials of painting with
collage and assemblage accommodate her haunting inclusion
of those living and those on the other side.
As a consultant...
Sarah brings her great sensitivity, compassion, and inspiration
to the people in your organization. Expect her to treat
them as no less than family members. Her specialty is flexibly
adapting the materials and practices of collage to the mission
and goals of her clients, with consummate confidentiality
and discretion.
It is rare to find someone like Sarah, whose life experiences
leave them with a kind, gentle, open, accepting attitude
towards others, but also with an acute sensibility of others'
pains and possibilities, to be relived and processed through
the creation of art.
