SoulCollage®
My journey with collage was greatly enhanced
in the fall of 2005 when I was fortunate enough to complete
a training in SoulCollage®
with the creator of this wonderful process, Seena Frost.
I immediately felt at home with this process which combines
the spiritual, psychological and the artistic. Upon completing
the training, I knew SoulCollage® would become
a major part of both my personal work and the focal point
of the many workshops I offer.
SoulCollage® is an exciting
, multi-level creative process that serves as an invitation
to the unconscious. You are invited to select images (or
rather the images seem to choose you!) and then with a simple
collage process proceed to create a unique deck of cards
representing your inner life, personal dreams and your on-going
story. The process is both playful and cathartic, and especially
meaningful when done in community. Stories bubble up, clarity
comes easily, spiritual journeys abound and creative endeavors
are often given a jump-start through this gently guided
process.
I am currently available to offer SoulCollage®
sessions on both an individual and group basis. These programs
can be individualized to fit various time formats ranging
from an hour to a whole weekend. They are ideal for retreats,
celebrations and community-building. Sessions utilizing
SoulCollage® are also incredibly helpful
for individuals in transition, recovering from grief and
marking major life changes such as divorce, career change,
or simply embarking on a new endeavor. Please feel free
